2.- TERMS OF USE.

Sleep and Go S.L, CIF: B-84425636, (hereinafter “the web provider”, or “S&G”) is a company providing technological services to hotel companies. Among other services, the web provider designs and launches websites as well as possible integration on those websites of a platform through which the hotel establishment can offer its accommodations and users of the website can make online reservations. By making a reservation through this website, the user enters into a direct contractual relationship with the booked hotel establishment, there being no contractual relationship between the user and the web provider at any time.

S&G will only act as an intermediary between the hotel establishment and the user, transmitting the reservation data to the hotel establishment and sending the user an email confirmation on behalf of the reserved establishment, in compliance in this process of information exchange with current legislation on security and data protection and its privacy policy.

Similarly, the customer consents, through the acceptance of the reservation, to the processing of their credit card data for the purpose of formalizing their reservation, as well as the maintenance of such data as a deposit and security for damages and extra expenses.

The user declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to acquire the services offered through the Website.

User’s use of the Website implies the express acceptance and full adhesion without reservation to each and every one of these Terms of Use:

6.- TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION

The prices shown on the website are final prices, based on the search criteria performed, including taxes (unless the accommodation specifies that they are not included in its conditions).

The accommodation is obligated to keep the availability of rooms and their prices up to date, however, overbooking or rate maintenance issues may arise, in these cases the accommodation will inform you of the situation in time to cancel the reservation and provide a refund of the amount paid (if applicable) so that you can find another accommodation.

Hotel IDH Angel will confirm the contracting made by sending an email to the user with the conditions of the contract. Hotel IDH Angel will keep an electronic copy of the applicable conditions for each contract. However, the user must retain their own copy of the conditions applicable to each contract.

The cancellation policy is edited by the client for which they have been provided with web access to modify it and establish different cancellation policies based on the periods or conditions of the reservation.

Please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email if you need to cancel your stay. We recommend that you carefully read the accommodation’s cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation in accordance with the accommodation’s cancellation policy, no amount will be charged to your card.
